POPPY workwear is a slow fashion brand designed and handmade in Detroit, Michigan by Brynn Michel. 

With an emphasis on sturdy construction and timeless silhouettes, Poppy's brand is centered on hard work and sustainability. 

Poppy creates durable, well-fitting clothing for people who are tired of the fast fashion cycle. My customers are people who'd rather buy one great pair of pants than four pairs of jeans that will fill landfills in less than a year.

Since April 2025, I've operated from my studio in the Russell Industrial Center, building hand-crafted and quality clothing for my customers. I work from patterns I've developed through years of tailoring and bridal work, where I learned to listen to customers and execute flawlessly.
